SeriGreen is proud to announce our recent achievement in obtaining ISO 9001:2015 and we are happy to announce that we are one of the leading companies in landscaping industry that successfully achieve a quality review.

This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. With ISO 9001:2015, our customers are guaranteed to receive consistent, good quality products and services at all times.

What is ISO 9001:2015?

The ISO 9001:2015 certification is the latest version of the world’s leading quality management standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It helps businesses and organizations to be more efficient and improve customer satisfaction.

SeriGreen went through a rigorous process to receive the certification and has satisfied the demanding set of requirements, which have become synonymous with quality business processes and continuing improvement practices for the Quality Management System.

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized quality management system that ensures a company has the processes and procedures in place to guarantee service or product quality.

SeriGreen undergo certification as part of our need of constant improvement
Key members of SeriGreen Operations Team attended courses to fully realize and implement ISO 9001:2008 in our overall workflow and process management
They were trained and certified with courses such as Awareness Training, Analysis & Interpretation Training & Internal Quality Auditor Training

2016

SeriGreen has been Certified for Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008

2018

SeriGreen proceed with to upgrade of Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2015.
Additional SeriGreen Operations Team trained to lead the transition to the new ISO 9001:2015
