Introducing, Telang 18.
The Pavilion at Telang 18 is unique, rustic and charming. The area includes roof to ceiling windows on one side that open onto the lawn and lush greenery to give you the ultimate indoor/outdoor feel.
Located in the middle of the mass land area, The Pavilion’s traditional timber structure offers a generous space with high ceilings and timber trusses that are a captivating and eye catching backdrop for your events. It was designed to be airy and well ventilated to accommodate our naturally humid temperature.
With massive stunning chandeliers along the middle section, The Pavilion provides the ideal atmosphere for rustic events to glamour ones, and the style of yesteryear.

The Pavillion
The Pavilion at Telang 18 is unique, rustic and charming. The area includes roof to ceiling windows on one side that open onto the lawn and lush greenery to give you the ultimate indoor/outdoor feel.
The open area can cater up to 1,000 pax for buffet setting or 300 to 500 pax for table setting.
The Villa
The cliff top location provides you with the ultimate privacy and stunning nature vistas whilst the Villa’s interior delivers on space and understated elegance – perfect for couples and families.
The Villa Garden
The Villa Garden at Telang 18 offers a real taste of the tropics, with collections of lush plants that provides tranquillity to the heart of a busy city. Designed in partnership with Inchscape, it successfully achieves the desired effect of peace and harmony through its compositions of stone, water, and plants.
Reflecting nature in its idealised form, and surrounded by native woodland, the garden has a real sense of separation and seclusion from the world outside.

Realizing the dream.
Being frustrated with the options that’s available to her for her only daughter’s wedding venue, Jamaliah Hamdan (SeriGreen’s founder), a proud contractor & entrepreneur, finally said to her crew, “Let’s build one!”.
Coinciding with the marriage of our founder’s only daughter’s wedding, Jamaliah Hamdan, SeriGreen’s founder, a proud contractor & entrepreneur, decided that she’s going to present her daughter with the best wedding venue available out there.
A project of this stature comes with many great challenges. The tight deadlines doesn’t help either. However, bit by bit the project came into fruition.
To everybody’s amazement & delight, the wedding went through superbly and The Pavillion at Telang 18 was born.
With the dedication and hardwork of her internal crew of architects, landscape architects, SeriGreen’s in-house contractors, electricians, plumbers & gardeners, the project materializes from a mere dream, to a reality.
